AP Eamcet 2014 Weightage and Marks Calculation (Estimate Rank)

In this article, we are explaining about ap eamcet 2014 weightage and process of marks calculation, this is very helpful for students who appeared for eamcet 2014 to estimate their eamcet aggregate. Let me give little introduction about eamcet, as we all know it is common entrance test to join in courses like B.tech, B.Pharmacy etc. and in this post you can check ap eamcet 2014 important dates. This exam is conducted by JNTU.

Calculation of  Eamcet 2014 Marks 

From the year 2009, 25% weight age is given to +2 and rest of 75% is given to eamcet score, so total 100%. 

25% - Inter marks (marks which you got in your 12th class / +2 )

75% - Eamcet marks (marks which you got in eamcet 2014) 

Here is a little example for better understanding if you are still confused about calculation of marks. 

Example: 

Lets say you got 580 in your inter study (only groups are considered) and you scored 142 out of 160 in eamcet exam, then your total aggregate will be 90. 

(580/600)x(25) = 24.166 ( Called as Inter Aggregate)

(142/160)x(75) = 66.562 (Called as Eamcet Aggregate)

24.166 + 66 = 90.728 

So your eamcet rank will be based on 90, This is how your eamcet marks are calculated.
