Overall 4,43,216 candidates appeared for the RBSE Class 12 Arts stream exam out of which 4,23,936 were regular candidates and 19,280 appeared privately. From the total 4,43,216 students, 2,48,524 were boys and 1,94,692 were girls. The total pass percentage was 82.08 per cent, with thepass percentage for regular candidates at 84.69 per cent i.e. a total of 3,59,040 passing the exam, while the pass percentage for private candidates stood at 24.74 per cent i.e. only 4,770 passing the exam.
