The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the Class X results at 4pm on Tuesday. CBSE has already declared the results of candidates from Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram regions.
The Timesofindia.com has launched a service called "KnowYourResult" for Class X and XII students across 17 different examination boards in India.
Targeting over four crore students, who would be awaiting their board results, this service will provide real time exam results. Based on SMS notifications, the student will get instant message with the marks obtained in each subject, passed or failed.
To avail this service, a student will have to go to toi.in/examresults and register by filling a simple form. The service would eventually be extended to reach more students by including more examination boards in the future.
Candidates can also check their results on www.results.nic.in, www.cbseresults.nic.in or www.cbse.nic.in. Students can also check their results via interactive voice response system for Rs 0.30 per minute or through SMS.
Schools under the Delhi region are advised to collect the result from the office of the respective zonal office of deputy director of education immediately after the declaration of results by confirming the time. In all 13,2,897 have registered for the exam.
